Returns and Refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with it. However, if you are not completely happy, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@reflexnu.com
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
To be eligible for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

Ship your return back to our warehouse. (once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.)
Please note we do not cover or refund shipping costs. -
Once inspected, a full exchange/store credit/refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. The return shipment must be sent back within this period.
Return Conditions
All items must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging, suitable for resale. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Costs
The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility, varying by courier and country.
Return Processing Time
If you request an exchange, we’ll begin processing immediately to ensure quick completion. Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt at our warehouse for processing.
Refunds if Applicable
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is damaged on arrival, please email a picture of the issue to info@reflexnu.com Our customer service will help resolve it promptly.
Downloadable Digital Products
There are absolutely no refunds on digital products.
If you experience any issues accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@reflexnu.com so that we can resolve the issue. If you do not receive the digital assets within 3 calendar days, it is your responsibility to send an email to info@reflexnu.com to inform the Company that you have not received the digital assets. If you have not sent an email to inform the Company that you have not received the digital assets and the email is delivered to your email address, the digital assets will be deemed to have been fully delivered.
Downloads can be made via the payment confirmation page or by checking your email for download links.
