By registering for or participating in a seminar, workshop, event or similar offering (collectively, “Event”) hosted by [Reflex NU] (“we”, “our” or “us”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or participating in our Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not attend or participate in our Events.

2. Exclusion of liability

  1. General Liability We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, damage, loss or theft of property sustained during or as a result of attending our events. Attendance is at your own risk.
  2. Results Disclaimer We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes or benefits from attending our events. Any content, advice or techniques offered are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
  3. Third Party Liability We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third party suppliers, venue operators or other participants in connection with the Event.

3. Registration and payments

  1. Confirmation of registration Your registration is only final after receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to refuse access for any reason.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Refund Eligibility Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Refund Policy outlined on the specific seminar or event page. Please review the event page for detailed refund terms prior to registering.
  2. Cancellation by attendee Cancellation by attendee or non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund unless expressly stated in the refund policy for the specific event.
  3. Event organiser changes We reserve the right to reschedule, modify or cancel an event at our sole discretion. If an event is cancelled by us, refunds or alternative arrangements (e.g. transfer to a future event) will be offered. However, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.

5. Participation in demonstrations

By agreeing to participate in any demonstrations, activities or exercises performed during the Event, you acknowledge that such participation is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, discomfort or other consequences resulting from your participation.

6. Code of Conduct

  1. Behavior Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards all participants, organizers and staff. We reserve the right to remove visitors for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
  2. Prohibited Items and Actions The use of unauthorized recording equipment, illegal substances or dangerous objects is prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the Event and legal action.

7. Intellectual property

  1. Ownership All materials provided during the event, including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts and recordings, are the intellectual property of Reflex NU or the respective speaker and are protected by copyright laws.
  2. Usage Restrictions Attendees may not record, reproduce, distribute or resell any content from the Event without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

  1. Data Collection By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as set out in our privacy policy ( Privacy Policy ).
  2. Photography and recording By attending the Event, you agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to the Event.

9. Food and drink

  1. Optional participation Snacks, meals and drinks may be provided at the Event; however, Participants are not obliged to consume these and may bring their own food and drinks if they wish.
  2. Disclaimer of Liability We are not liable for any issues arising from the consumption of food or beverages provided during the Event, including but not limited to allergic reactions, illness or dissatisfaction with the quality. Participants are encouraged to review the ingredients or contact event staff if they have specific dietary concerns.

10. Assumption of risk

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Event, including but not limited to risks of travel, exposure to disease, accident and any personal or professional consequences.

11. Applicable law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, Delaware. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Event shall be resolved in the courts of the United States of America, Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
