7 - BANK AND CREDIT/PAYMENT CARD CHARGES

Your bank or card company may charge additional fees for cross-border transactions and convert the payment to the local currency. REFUNDS
There are absolutely no refunds on digital products.

If you are having trouble accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@reflexnu.com so that we can resolve the issue. Purchasing any of our digital products does not grant the purchaser any rights to share, reproduce, or resell the product in any way. Digital access is considered fully delivered when the email is sent to the email address used to register for the services. If you do not receive the digital assets within 3 calendar days, it is your responsibility to send an email to info@reflexnu.com to inform the Company that you have not received the digital assets. If you have not sent an email to inform the Company that you have not received the digital assets and the email is delivered to your email address, the digital assets will be deemed fully delivered. All sales of digital and downloadable products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products. Once a download/digital access has been assigned to you, we cannot take back anything. Please note that all agreements for downloadable/digital products are NOT subject to cancellation, refund or store credit. We will not accept verbal changes to these agreements and the “no refund, no cancellation” policy stated in the agreements is strictly enforced.

  • Download Restrictions
    You are only allowed to download digital products 5 times. Suspicious multiple downloads will result in your content being automatically banned. Make sure to save your content to your devices after downloading so you can access it when you need it.
